Courtney Sanders, Founder of Think and Grow Chick teamed up with Myleik Teele Founder of Curlbox to execute the “Over Here Being Disciplined Challenge. The challenge was a social media challenge where the pair invited their followers to participate by posting how they were maintaining discipline within their lives. At the end of the challenge, winners were selected and invited to an intimate dinner with Courtney Sanders and Myleik Teele. 

Overview
The Over Here Being Disciplined Challenge Dinner was hosted by Myleik Teele of Curlbox for the challenge winners. The dinner was hosted at Knife Dallas where the invitees enjoyed casual conversation over a delicious dinner. The task was to organize the challenge dinner for the attendees. Each attendee walked away with gift bags with items sponsored by local Dallas businesses.

Huetiful Salon Dallas Grand Opening

To build awareness and celebrate the opening of the Huetiful Salon Dallas. The third salon of the Huetiful Brand. 

Overview
Huetiful Salon Dallas Grand Opening
We we were tasked with the execution of the grand opening for the Huetiful Salon Dallas. The challenge was to create an environment that celebrated the opening of the salon. The space was designed to be inviting to bloggers, influencers and the natural hair community. The grand opening was hosted Myleik Teele Founder of Curlbox. Guest mingled over food and drinks; as well as enjoyed pampering by local make-up and nail artist.

Textures Natural Hair Care FedEx Grant Competition

Background
Charlene Walton of Textures Natural Hair Care applied for a small business grant with FedEx. The grant included several layers with distinct submissions to compete with the grant. 

Overview
We were tasked with writing a strategic plan to assist Textures Natural Hair Care with engaging their followers to vote during the FedEx Grant Competition. The second round included a video submission. During the competition, we secured press for the Textures Natural Hair Care to assist in growing the reach for the Textures brand as well as awareness in the participation of the FedEx Grant Competition.

THE PROTOTYPE STRATEGIC PLAN

Background
The Prototype, a lifestyle agency launched in December of 2016. The Prototype connects fashion, fitness and food professionals with busy professionals to outsource a variety of tasks; such as meal prep, in-home personal training and special occasion prep.  

Overview
We were tasked with writing a strategic plan to assist in attacking professionals and clients to the brand. We worked with the brand on creative strategies on engagement, launch tactics and special event planning.

Conscious Couture

To assist in locating resale, artisan and small business vendors for the Conscious Couture Resale Event in Dallas. In June 2016, nearly 150 attendees shopped over 45 vendors and over $500,000 of couture, vintage, and designer inventory; including the personal wardrobes of local celebrities, like Real Housewives of Dallas' Lee Anne Locken& celebrity stylist Jeanette Chivvis; luxury consignment shops Vintage Martini, Luxury Garage Sale, and Refinery Consignment; and samples from NY FashionWeek designers Ese Azenabor, Allison Mitchell, Charmaine Marshall, and Diadem Jewelry. Twenty percent of all ticket sales benefited Chain Reaction, a Frisco based nonprofit that operates a safe house to provide physical and emotional rehab for young girls who are victims of sexual abuse and human trafficking, while also meeting their socio-economic needs.

Overview
We were tasked with developing a plan to attract and locate a diverse group of vendors for the first Conscious Couture Resale event which was held in Dallas. We assisted in developing a media kit which included detailed information about the benefits of becoming a vendor. We developed detailed communications and plans to integrate each vendor to the process of the event. 
 

How to quit your job happy hour

Background
Courtney Sanders of Think and Grow Chick left her 9 to 5 job to go full time in her side hustle. 

Overview
We were tasked with planning and managing the happy hour for the Think and Grow Chick Brand. The event was hosted at TNT Tacos and Tequila for about 50 individuals of the Think and Grow Chick Community.

under the influence brunch

Background
The Under The Influence Brunch was an ambassador program by The Prototype to assist with brand recognition through influencer marketing. Socially influential creatives of the DFW came together to experience The Prototype. The brunch was served by a Prototype professional to allow influencers the ability to experience the brand firsthand. 

Overview
We were tasked with assisting the brand with the creative process of the ambassador program. We assisted The Prototype with the planning of the event, its marketing and locating influential creatives of DFW.
